2. Acceptance

By accessing vantica.cc you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Services

We provide consulting and advisory services. Any scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a written proposal or agreement. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

4. No warranties

Content on the Site is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Confidentiality

Engagements may require mutual non‑disclosure obligations. We can sign reasonable NDAs. You agree to protect any non‑public information we share with you.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials created during an engagement are licensed to you for internal business use. Our pre‑existing IP remains ours.

8. Payment

Fees are due as stated in the applicable agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur a reasonable late fee and pause of services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Venue shall be in courts located in Wyoming, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
